Google 'patatje oorlog'! That's the Dutch name for the 'War' fries you're talking about. It´s called ´War´ because the sauces are considered to be sloppy and served in a sloppy manner. Also because the two sauces are almost contrasts of eachother in appearance. Oh and it´s very tasty.

Wish I'd seen this before heading there on the weekend as they were closed. If you wander in that little mall tho', there's two other cafes. One was French (boulangerie parisienne) and one was Asian (fuse express). We ended up eating at both. Had a paninni, greek salad and latte at one and had a lemongrass mango chicken wrap with a garlic soup and fresh mango iced tea at the other.

They're both 1/2 a block from the schnitzel place we tried to go to, around the corner from there. So now you have options! :)

Oh, I forgot, the paninni was good but standard. The garlic soup was unbelieveable! that soup is worth the quest on its own.

This place has gone UP in service, friendliness of staff and the only thing down are the prices. Delicious fresh food with a great Persian atmosphere. I also heard they will be having lunch specials which is great.
